Bergamo Airport or the Caravaggio Orio al Serio International Airport is one of the three airports in Milan along with Malpensa and Linate. It was named after a famous Italian artist who spent his childhood in the province of Bergamo. Like Malpensa, Bergamo is located 45 kilometers from Milan.

Bergamo operates only on passenger flights and serves about 20 airlines, including: Blue Air, Pegasus, Ukraine International Airlines, Ryanair and others. According to statistics, the annual passenger flow is 8.5 million people.

Like most airports, Bergamo has a lot of different establishments that will make your pastime in anticipation of the flight the most eventful and comfortable. Menus in restaurants and assortment in shops will delight any tourist. If you want to buy some souvenirs or newspapers, then go to DUFRY. If you are hungry, we recommend that you visit one of the restaurants, which serve delicious ethnic cuisine, or visit one of the coffee shops. As you can see, the choice is very large: from fast food restaurants, such as McDonald’s, to gourmet ones, for example, Vi.Co.Ok.

The list of services provided by Bergamo is hardly ordinary. Among the standard ones: a pharmacy, a medical care center, banks, currency exchange points, left-luggage offices, and a lost property office. But if you suddenly decided to get married or pray, then the registry office and the church are here, too!

There are several ways to get from Bergamo to Milan: by bus, by train and by taxi. The first two options are far from the most convenient. You will have to check the schedule all the time and make transfers which causes great discomfort. So that you avoid these problems, we strongly recommend that you order a taxi at our «Milan Taxi» company.
